About CAGR Calculator
CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) measures the mean annual growth rate of an investment over a specified period longer than one year. It represents the smoothed annualized return, assuming profits are reinvested at the end of each year.
Three Calculation Modes: Calculate CAGR from initial and final values, Calculate Future Value from initial value and CAGR, Calculate Initial Value needed to reach target with CAGR.
CAGR Formula: CAGR = (Final Value / Initial Value)^(1/n) - 1, where n is number of years.
Use Cases: Investment returns, revenue growth, user base expansion, market share growth, any metric that grows over time.
